Shopping on Clarins.com: an overview
 
  1. Find your products. This can be done through our site navigation, search engine, product finder or personalized beauty prescription.
 
  2. Add the product to your shopping bag. Select the number of products you'd like to order and click the "Add to bag" icon. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping basket, click "View my order." (Note that the site limits orders to 4 pieces of any one product and a maximum value of $1500.)
 
  3. View your shopping basket. You can access this at any time by clicking the "shopping basket" icon at the top right of every page. Here, you can modify quantities and add or delete items. You can also select from a range of complimentary samples to add at no cost to you.
  
 4. Place your order.

Product categories

Clarins products are divided into 7 main areas: Face, Body, Well-Being, Sun, Make-Up, Fragrance and ClarinsMen. Use the Product Filters on select pages to narrow the list of products and highlight the ones that best suit your needs.

Product Finder

The "product finder" module in your personal Clarins & Me area enables you to search for products according to the criteria that you specify and to add these products to your favorites.

Search

To search by product name or feature, simply enter one or more keywords in the search box on the bottom right of the screen and click Go. The list of products matching your search will be displayed.

Register for Clarins & Me to access our personalized beauty prescription and find the products that best suit your needs.

Product availability

All products on Clarins.com are available for sale in the U.S. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket, but it may be available in a store near you.
If a product(s) becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email. We will only charge you for the products you receive.
