Delivery options
Clarins.com offers the following delivery options and costs via FedEx.
Standard Ground (4-6 business days) $6.00
Express (2-3 business days) $14.00
Restrictions
Orders placed on us.clarins.com can only be delivered to addresses in the 50 United States. Sorry, we currently cannot deliver to territories, military addresses or international destinations.
Orders are processed shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
Canceling or updating an order
Please contact Clarins consumer relations as quickly as possible to update or cancel orders that have been placed. Sorry, items cannot be added to orders via this process. If the order has already been processed and we are unable to make changes, you are welcome to ship it back for a refund within 30 days of its shipment.
Return policy
Clarins welcomes returns within 30 days of the original ship date. Please fill out the return form (enclosed in your package) and send the package, containing any items you wish to return, to:
