Payment options

We only accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.



Security and confidentiality

Personal information and payment data are protected and encrypted (SSL mode). Payment information is never stored and is transmitted securely.



Order tracking

Confirmation of your order
You will receive an email from Clarins after your order is received. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please contact consumer relations.

Packaging and shipping
We try and fill orders within one to two days of receipt. Most orders placed before 12 p.m. Eastern time are processed the same day. Packaged orders ship within 24 hours via FedEx.

Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships that contains tracking information for your package. You can track your package's progress on FedEx's website. If you have a Clarins & Me registration you can track the status of your order from your own personal area by clicking my orders.



Order history

As a registered member of Clarins & Me you can view your past purchases by clicking My Orders. The order history also enables you to shop from a previous order for faster access.



Packaging options

Sorry, we are not able to offer gift wrap at this time.









Samples

Don't forget your complimentary samples! In the shopping basket you can choose one or more samples from a list of products. Sorry, we cannot send samples to customers without an order being placed. Samples may be available at a Clarins counter near you.
